Yes you can! Renting a storage unit online is convenient, efficient, and secure. Our website utilizes a protected connection to safeguard your personal information throughout the process. Choose your preferred unit size, then digitally review and sign the rental agreement. This streamlined process ensures everything is handled quickly and easily. After completing your online rental, visit our office during business hours. Our manager will guide you to your unit, provide a gate access code, and share all necessary move-in instructions. If you are unsure about your unit size, simply contact us. We are happy to walk you through the process or help you reserve a unit over the phone. within 48 hours to confirm availability and finalize your rental. If a unit is listed as “Call for Availability,” please contact us directly to check current availability.
If a unit has a 50% discount for a special offer—such as when the Web rate is $100 and there's a "half-off" deal for two months—the regular price remains $100 per month. However, for the first two months, you'll pay only $50 each month. Starting from the third month, the price returns to $100 per month.

Climate-controlled spaces are heated and cooled depending on outside temperature and humidity. Climate-controlled spaces protect your belongings from extreme temperatures. These spaces do not provide constant internal temperature and humidity control. Temperature and humidity may fluctuate due to changes in outside temperature and humidity. Climate-controlled units are inside units and are accessed through an outside door and down a hallway, which also protects your belongings from dust.
A drive-up unit is also a ground level unit that allows you to park directly at your unit door for easy loading and unloading, ideal for heavy or bulky items.
You have access 7 days a week, 365 days a year from 6:30 am to 8:00 pm

When paying online it may take 48 hrs for your payment to process. If your account is past due and your unit is locked due to non-payment, your unit could be inaccessible for up to 48 hours depending on when payment was made.
For safety reasons, please do not store:
Yes! You can purchase a new lock at our office or bring your own. Only you have the key or combination to your unit.
No, only you (and anyone you authorize with your key) have access to your storage unit.

Yes! We offer loading carts in our climate-controlled buildings for your convenience. Please return them to the hallway when finished so other customers can use them too.
Some areas of our facility are better suited for large vehicles. Please contact our manager in advance if you’ll be using a tractor-trailer or oversized moving truck.
Invoices are only sent to business customers. Residential customers simply pay monthly similar to apartment rent, using one of our convenient payment options.
While your items do need to be covered during storage, traditional insurance is not required. Instead, we offer a Tenant Protection Plan through Storage Shield. Unlike insurance, this plan is an agreement that provides actual cash value for your stored goods up to the dollar amount of your chosen plan. If you are covered by your existing homeowner’s or renter’s insurance, just provide a copy of your insurance declaration page at move in.
After completing your rental and signing the required paperwork, be sure to talk with the Facility Manager to confirm your unit number and receive a gate code for entry. Then you can move in immediately.
**Keep in mind that access may not be available right away and could be delayed if the rental is completed outside regular business hours.
If your rent is more than 5 days late, a late fee will be applied and an overlock will be placed on your unit. Your gate access code will also be temporarily deactivated until your account is paid in full.
If rent remains unpaid, your stored items may be sold at auction in accordance with Self Storage Lien Laws. All auctions are held online through Lockerfox.com.
To help prevent missed payments, we recommend setting up automatic payments through our online customer portal. If you’d rather, our staff can assist you with this in the office at any time.
Rent is due each month on the same day you originally signed your lease. If you need to make arrangements to pay on a different day, please contact us directly.
For your convenience, you can also make a payment by calling us or visiting the office. We accept cash, check, and credit cards.
