The unit was clean, temperature controlled, well lit, and secure. No trace of bugs, trash, or anything. Move in and move out was smooth, easy and quick. Definitely recommend.

I had a 18 wheeler deliver some equipment for me. He could get in and out without any problem. The facility was clean, it was warm in the winter and cool in the summer, and I really like the app for gaining access to the facility

This was one of the nicest and cleanest storage units I’ve ever used. Mary was so helpful and thorough in helping me set everything up! It is secured to get in so it’s nice that not anyone can just enter. The unit was so clean and climate control worked great! Everything was so clean around the units. The gate worked properly and the code to get in is personalized for each person which I think is great! I would highly recommend them for your storage needs!

Great customer service. Mary made me feel as though I was part of a family. The greatest personality of anyone that i have ever known working in a customer service setting. She was excellent during the 8 months I was a customer. always a smile to greet you and she very knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for a better person to deal with during a time of chaos for us. Moving with no place to go until later in the year and the issue of what to do with all of the belongings from a 4000 square foot home. She should be the face of the company and in ads for advertising for the company. Thank you Mary for all you do.

No local storage places would return our calls ( to rent a unit). Plenty available, just wouldn't call us back. (all were un-manned) Found this one by accident. Jumped on it even tho was def not the closest. Price was right, people friendly & easy access to unit. Wil def recommend !!

I highly recommend Zion Crossroads Mini Storage! You get great access to a very secure facility that has very good lighting. The staff is professional with a very good response time to any questions or concerns. Finally, my 10'x30' storage unit had the best price around.
