2020 has been a difficult year for most people, but when we ended up selling our house within a day and had to move in 45 days, we needed extra storage and were concerned with price because we are not only renting there, but 95% of our household is in the moving & storage company facility so needed to find additional local storage with a nice clean facility, that is conveniently located to us, and at a good /competitive price and most importantly..... climate controlled. We like that the facility has a resident manager. She is always on top of the game and knows everything that is going on. She is courteous, professional and personable. I have never had any problems or issues with renting there and would recommend it to anyone. Actually, everyone that works there has been great, but the resident manager is superior. The ONLY inconvenience as far as I know is that they do not have carts so you need to keep one in your unit. If they do have carts, I have yet to see one or even ask if they have them. Other than that its a clean facility with great customer service.

In coming down to the wire on our move out date and underestimating the amount of "stuff" we owned, we found ourselves needing a storage unit right away in order to comply with our deadline. After reading reviews online for the storage facilities in the Warrenton area, I settled on contacting Warrenton Mini Storage. I got a call back within the hour and took care of all the 'paperwork' online and had access to the unit that evening! SUPER good experience. Beth was professional, courteous and explained everything very thoroughly. I would recommend to a friend!

Best self storage in the Warrenton area. This business is local family run and it shows! The front office is always staffed with personable, professional folks. The property and units are clean, attractive, and well maintained. I am used to 24 hours accessibility which suits me better but after hours security at WMS is taken seriously so I understand the trade-off. I have dealt with mediocre self storage for 40 years in 5 states so I appreciate the professionalism and value at Warrenton Mini Storage.

I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff are at the Warenton Mini Storage. When my mother-in-law moved to Virginia from Louisiana, we placed a deposit on a large storage area, however, when she arrived to sign her lease, she found out that she could get a bigger apartment and would not need a storage area. The staff were wonderful about refunding what she paid (minus the service fee). This made a huge difference to my mother-in-law who is on a fixed income. Thank you to the ladies at the Warrenton Mini Storage!!

Great space at great prices. Only thing I would change is the ability to access the site earlier. Currently only can access the site at 7 am or later. This makes it difficult to access some items I use periodically in the early morning hours (fishing, boating, paragliding) I'd recommend allowing access at 6 am or earlier.

I've used many storage units over the years and this location is as good as any I've rented. I'm used to having 24/7 access to my units so their 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM availability is a minor inconvenience, but that is offset somewhat by the increased security provided by the robust fencing and after hours security.

My wife and I needed to store our household goods as we are moving and downsizing. We looked at a number of facilities in Western Prince William and Warrenton areas. We chose this facility because it is clean and reasonably priced. The manager, Starr, was very helpful in helping us pick the right units and again later when we needed to upsize. Certainly recommend for you storage needs.

This is the best storage facility I have used. I rented two climate-controlled units for several years for aIl my household furnishings. The facility is secure, safe, and clean and the staff fully responsive and very helpful. Compared to other places I have used this is far superior.

The staff was very friendly and informative. They greeted me every time I was onsite during the hours of operation. The site was secure and they always knew what was going on. They even located my key I lost. We recently moved out of the area but I wish they where near my current location. I would recommend them to anyone moving to that location.

We've had our items in storage for 9 months. Access is easy, elevator and cart always available, and calls are returned promptly and action taken when any problems or questions arise. Climate controlled units are kept at good temps. Rates competitive and you pay what you are quoted.

Had a GREAT experience at this place--Lori and Greta are awesome! My stuff was safe (one time I left my unit unlocked when in a hurry, and got a phone call less than 2 hours later) It was all in good condition with no mouse droppings or stinkbugs (which are a big problem out here in the country) The staff is professional and very friendly--couldn't have had a better experience--Thank You!!

The Warrenton Mini Storage has decent prices for storage, all of them are clean and have easy access. The storage hrs worked for us as we had to keep putting things in the storage at all times of the day. I had the peace of mind that our stuff was safe.
