They took care of me so well and was not disappointed from day one easy to get in and out with no problems

I have used several different storage facilities in the past but this one tops most. The units are clean, dry and very well maintained! No issues at all with our items when we moved them out of the unit. The office staff are AMAZING and very accommodating to work with!!! We were moving from out of state; putting items into the storage facility until we could get into our new house. On one trip I had forgotten the paperwork I was giving when I rented the unit , therefore I didn’t have the gate code to get in. Even though it was after hours, I called the office and got a very friendly voice on the phone. She was so understanding and we were able to get in to our unit to unload our stuff. In the future when we need storage we will definitely go back to Route 50 Storage!
